The 2020 National Adult and Influenza Immunization Summit (NAIIS) annual in-person meeting (The Summit) will be held on May 18, 2020 at the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia.

This year’s NAIIS meeting will be a one-day meeting held the day before the National Immunization Conference (NIC). Both the NAIIS and NIC will be in the same hotel in Downtown Atlanta, GA. Summit members are highly encouraged to attend both the NIC on May 19-21 and the NAIIS full-day meeting on May 18. The NAIIS will start by 9:00 AM on Monday morning and end Monday evening with an NAIIS awards dinner.

There will be 12 session themes for the 2020 NIC. Adult immunization topics will be scattered throughout the 12 themes. Although certain themes will lend themselves to adult immunization topics more readily. NAIIS and NIC planners will work towards having more Summit-pertinent, adult vaccination-related, sessions on Tuesday May 19 to help accommodate NAIIS members not able to stay for the entire NIC. If your schedule does not allow you to attend the entire NIC, we urge you to participate in the NIC Tuesday sessions after the Summit meeting on Monday. Please be aware the NIC registration fee is $450 for the 3-day conference; there is no registration fee for the NAIIS Summit.
